We realize that “it depends” sounds like a bit of a cop-out answer, but the size and scope of the project does play into the amount of time it takes. On average, website builds take around 5-6 weeks.

Our design process always starts with a conversation about your project, your goals, and any other information you want us to know. Based on this conversation, we’ll create a project plan for you, including project details and a quote. After you approve the project plan, our team of designers will get to work on your design. Our designers will work closely with you, often through several rounds of design revisions until the design is finalized. Upon completion of the project, relevant design files will be delivered to you and/or print materials will be ordered and delivered based on the project.

When your design project is completed, you will receive all relevant design files via Google Drive or a similar service. You’ll be able to download and save your design files for your records and use.

During the design process, you’ll receive proofs of your designs. These are usually formatted as low-resolution .jpeg or .pdf files for review depending on the project type. Upon completion of your project, you will receive the final design in all relevant file types based on the project.

This can include high resolution files (.tiff or .jpeg), vector files (Illustrator, .eps, .svg, or .pdf), and any other relevant files (InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop). The types of files you will receive will be specified at the beginning of the project in your project plan. If you need any specific file type, please let our team know.

A vector file or graphic is an image file type that is built with a mathematical formula so it can be reproduced at any size without losing quality. Vector graphics are ideal for large format designs for both print and digital applications. There are a variety of types of vector files which include Adobe Illustrator files (.ai), PDFs (Portable Document Format .pdf), Encapsulated Post Script .eps), and Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg).

There are a variety of reasons your website might not be performing well. We can scan and audit your website to identify performance issues and offer recommendations for improving or fixing them.
